Once a user has requested a pair of cleats, we will validate that the person qualifies to receive free pair of cleats. Once we have done that, we will then send the donor an email with the shipping details. The donor then prepares the cleats by cleaning (Please clean your cleats before sending) and packaging them, then going down to their local post office and sending them (Please send your cleats in 72 hours. Thank you ).
