How to Request Cleats

Step 1

While viewing cleats, click on the “Request Shoes” button.

Fill out the form.

Step 3

To fill out “Cleats URL” blank, you have to copy and paste the URL from the cleats page that you want.

Step 4

You must know your Coaches information. We will use this to contact them and validate that the person requesting a pair of cleats qualifies before we tell the donor to ship the cleat.

When you finish filling out the form, click on the “Submit” button.
